Refund Policy

1.Non-refundable conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  •  Guest’s personal schedule or inability to attend.
  •  Late arrival beyond the selected booking time slot.
  •  Once any part of a multi-zone, bundled, or package ticket has been used, the ticket becomes non-refundable.
  •  No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after the visit.
  •  Travel delays, personal emergencies, or adverse weather conditions that do not impact Experium’s operations.
  •  Temporary closure of specific attractions or zones due to maintenance, technical issues, operational requirements, or
    safety reasons. Admission is valid for the overall Experium experience; partial closures do not qualify for a refund.
  •  Denied entry or removal from the premises due to misconduct, violation of park rules, or inappropriate behavior.
  •  Tickets that are altered, expired, duplicated, transferred without authorization, or purchased through unauthorized or
    resale channels.
  • Refund requests submitted after the eligible refund request period has expired.

2. Third-Party Platform Bookings

  • Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the respective platform’s cancellation, modification, and
    refund policies.
  •  Experium is not responsible for processing refunds, cancellations, date changes, or disputes related to such bookings.

3. Website / Payment Issues

  • Transaction complete but no ticket? Report within 48 hrs with payment proof.
  • Experium will re-issue or process refund after verification.

4. Group Bookings

(Corporate / School / College)

  • Operate under separate commercial terms.
  •  Non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
  •  Rescheduling subject to availability & approval

5. Force Majeure

Experium is not liable for disruptions due to:

  • Natural disasters, fire, accidents, structural failures.
  •  Terrorism, civil unrest, govt restrictions, pandemics.
  •  Power outages or major technical disruptions

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by laws of India. Any disputes fall under the  exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

7. Final & Binding Decision

All decisions by Experium Management on refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, or exceptions are final and binding.
